  • Outside of open enrollment, you can only enroll if you are Newly Eligible, or have a qualifying event for a Special Open Enrollment. See details below.

Newly Eligible Employees

If you were recently hired and are enrolling outside of Annual Open Enrollment, follow the Newly Eligible Enrollment Instructions.

Special Open Enrollment

If you have a qualifying life event like birth or adoption, marriage, or if your dependent has lost or gained coverage, you may be eligible to add or change coverage outside of Open Enrollment.

Monthly Premiums
> The medical premiums listed in SEBB enrollment materials (and online) are deducted from your paycheck monthly
> The former district pooling now covers Dental, Vision, Life, LTD and most of the medical costs. 
> Dental, Vision, Life and basic LTD premiums are paid 100% by the district.
